Return Policy

Krichungus ensures only the highest quality of products and/or apparel. Should one of our customers receive a damaged and/or defective product please email us within 14 days at 'krichungushelp@gmail.com' (Customers must provide a full description and link to a photo of the damaged and/or defective product). Once we received and reviewed your claim we will notify you if you are indeed eligible for a return under our policy.

(Note that the product must be lain flat with pictures of both the front and back for you to be eligible for our review process. We may ask you for additional information as well).

(Also note that if your claim is eligible for a review it does NOT guarantee that your claim will be accepted).
